Question 2: I've tried so many things, will this really work for me?

This isn’t your typical weight loss program focused on all the things you need to “DO”— like calculating a calorie deficit, sticking to specific workouts, or following a certain eating plan. Although we will cover those things to fit your lifestyle. When you build this strong mental foundation, all the “doing” becomes easy and intuitive, flowing naturally from who you are at your core.
